As the Parent(s) of ______________________ I have reviewed the above stated Student Ministry Guidelines with my child. I understand that these expectations of conduct will be in effect as long as my child participates in the Student Ministries of the Grace Baptist Church. I understand that the church's standard of excellence includes no tolerance or acceptance of misbehavior. I will be notified as soon as possible if my child acts inappropriately or disrespectfully. I accept the responsibility of disciplining my child for not adhering to these guidelines. I further understand that if my child is dismissed from any function or trip, I will be responsible for his/her transportation home and any financial charges incurred including the forfeiting of their registration fees.
